• Online requests will be processed during normal office hours
• Please allow 2 full working days for processing and a further 1 working day for it to be dispensed by the pharmacy
• The request form should be completed carefully and in full where required. Failing to do so may delay processing
• If there are no more remaining issues of your medication it may need to be passed to a GP. This could result in the prescription not being issued before a medication review
• If you supply an email address it may be added to your electronic medical record and kept confidentially
• The request form should be used ONLY for requesting repeat prescriptions and NOT for attempting to book any kind of appointment
• Abuse of the online forms with result in the facilities being withdrawn

• Allow plenty of time to collect your requested medication in case there is a problem.
